I just found this thread tonight and I've already seen where you have posted twice about NO cardio.
I'm feel as though I am pretty much anti cardio too. I went from 275lbs to 182lbs in a short amount of time with absolutely zero cardio. But that was when I was 30 y/o too. However, this time around, I think I will HAVE to get on a machine for some kind of cardio for the best results. I'll have to break it down between 2 or 3 machines so I dont get easily bored with it.
I also agree with some sort of competition. Something to get
me motivated to get off my ass and do something.
I have all the knowledge & equipment available. And I have already started stocking up on supplements. Now I just need that big freakin' shove to get started..............again
