I have one on the way, should have it monday. My local track is racing them stock but I do have a mamba that will get thrown in there just to see how it works even if only for a few runs.

Drove one around at my lhs tonight. I'm sure the battery was on it's way down but it was still a very cool little truck. I think this will be my next dual BL project.

just got mine today. only got to run it a little after setting it up (switching to deans, charging lipo and changing controller) before going to work. so far it seems to handle pretty good but is a little top heave (wants to roll on carpet. It is a decent speed out of the box and has great steering with the dual servo's. the real test will be the weekend when i get to try it on the indoor dirt track.

mine hasn't seemed top heavy yet. Even with my carpet driving!

I took this little toy on the street this weekened and in stock form it really goes!! I was shocked at the speed. Averages about 17mph stock!

I believe my mamba arrived yesterday but forgot to pick it up. hopefully this weekened I'll have some free time to convery most of my stuff to deans and install the mamba.

just wish some aftermarket gears would come out for this thing!

I have a mamba 6800 that I plan on putting in just to test out. I really want to just rip out the stock speed controller and motors but my local track is racing them stock, so they will have to stay for awhile. Also since I am already running lipos and the stock esc doesnt have a voltage cutoff, just gives me another reason to want to switch.

if u have the ss5800, i s it okay to run like 4 cells? Cuz if u gunna mod a lst to run 540 motors, u dont need to many cells for a good amoutn of power.

If I did I could send them but honestly I don't have one thing. Thats why I've been just driving around the living room and not testing my limits.
