OK, conversion is complete! I got the roller from another member here. Pretty good condition and included a bunch of new spare parts. Where needed, I got new stuff here and there.

Nothing special about the conversion, just the usual fare: RCM motor mount, battery tray, MMM, Medusa 36-80-2000, 5s2p 5Ah lipos (Mike's), my usual stiffening custom top plate, Spektrum DX3r, geared 48/12 for ~36mph.

At a suggestion from Dafni, I ended up using big bore shocks from the Jammin X2 Truggy kit. I didn't get quite as much suspension travel as I wanted, but still quite a bit higher and suspension is stiffer than your typical race truggy setup. But I wanted this to be more of a basher and will occasionally play at the track, but I doubt I will ever race it.

With 120k in the CD, it wheelies nicely, but not so easy that I can't get on the throttle.
