Yes, one MMM will easily handle two Titans. Just put the motors in parallel and then hook them to the proper MMM motor wires (only two of them). And, the MMM has a conformal coating to protect it from casual splashes, but there really is no way to seal it totally and not negatively affect cooling (without mods that is).
