The nice thing about the integy shocks are that the shafts are larger, 5mm vs 4mm iirc. I think the holes on the integy shocks are way too small tho and lead to o-ring blowouts even w/ very light oil (15wt) I would drill out a couple of holes. Otherwise I'm not sure they are worth swapping around unless you want to save a bit of weight or have std losi parts. The integy shocks are also threaded too.
