Update.
I mounted the Sidewinder ESC and 3S lipo. I made a servo and battery plate using a piece of 5mm polycarbonate plate.    I also repositioned the lower links to get more articulation. I put a 6mm orange spacer where the shock used to be and I installed the other on of the links on the inside of the transmission skid. The more centered the links, the greater the articulation.
