Your V2 Brain Board doesn't appear to have the TVS chip that was added in the V3. Notice how the V3 board is longer, and also has a small square chip at the edge beside the "223 D" coil? That is the TVS chip.

On the outside, nothing appears burned, but I have a feeling the problem is in the little round thing that's marked "223 D". This is the main BEC switching coil. It probably overloaded trying to carry your servos.

One thing to check is your switch. Make sure that the switch if making. You can test this with a continuity meter. If you have a meter handy, I would also plug the Monster in, and check the BEC voltage being sent to the receiver.

I'm sure you have a dead BEC.
