Buyer beware, Fine Design rips off yet again!

I sent a message to Dan on ebay about this abomination, outlining all the shoddy features and general lameness- he just replied:

I have sold over 150 King motor buggies and the aluminum is fine. This Buggy will do everything I state in ad. It may not look beautiful but it is functional. The silicon is a great water proofer. It works flawless and the speed control holds up to 8s even though its only rated at 25 volts. don't ask me how, but it does. If you don't like it why do you waste your time writing me? Have you ever heard the expresion "If you don't have nothing good to say, say nothing at all" words to live by Bro

out of curiosity, why did he say the aluminum is fine? Meaning on the buggy itself?
