You might want to just brace the chassis. I know that the belt had a ton of play on mine until I braced the chassis. If you push down on the center belt, you can actually see the chassis flexing.
This is true, I am thinking about the front and rear belts. I will rig some sort of brace up, I have a few ideas in my head, but will wait for the neu cells to come in before I do anything.

On another note, I destroyed the front belt just now... I guess I get to order a new one, or maybe check the LHS (waste of time usually). The stupid hole in the chassis at the front allowed a rock in and it jammed between the diff and the front upright/shock mount. I may add a hole in the front to allow debris out... Bad design not having a sealed front and rear belt setup... Maybe I can make something. I was thinking about a new chassis for the beast...

Yeah, I had the diff out last night, swapped it for a locked one that came with the car. I had to take out about a dozen screws, not as bad as a jato diff though (is anything that bad?)...

Its actually easy to change a jato diff.. You know you only have to take the back out right? Just take the back out where the battery box is its the 2 first screws on the bottom and then the 4 on the back.

Yeah, I guess I meant the tranny when the idler and blows up. Still a pain compared to an electric rustler tranny.

Thanks Ryan, I can appreciate that remark as I am quite gangster myself.

I figured you'd say something like that if I mentioned 'baller'.
