The actual locking procedure of the 2spd tranny is pretty much the same as 3spd (check page 1 of this thread).




So, received my MMM last friday and just had to give it a little test. Everything ran really smooth although I prolly fried the KB45 motor while running in slightly wet (=heavy!) snow. It just stutters and shakes while applying throttle - fortunately the MMM is still working ok, tested it with a new motor.
