You realy should flip those battery trays around, so it protects battery from things that come outside the body.

I've thought about that but here's what I came up with:

1) Can't actually get the batteries in the tray if they're flipped around.
2) Battery on the servo side would be rubbing up against the servo plate.
3) The body should hopefully protect the batteries from sand and stuff. I'm going to have a small strip of velcro on each side so that the body is attached to the rock guard.

What I could do, if this doesn't work out, is remove a lot of material from the top of the tray and then flip them around. I still don't know how I'd keep the servo plate from gouging the battery though.
