I think the outside diameter is 20mm - but inside you are definately right (17mm). This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move. |

How flexible is the chassis? I guess with the two ribs in the chassis it does not flex much?!?! |

There's barely any flex at all - more along the lines of a 1/10 electric buggy - no flex, but let the suspension do the talking, or something
