all i'm doing is seeing if what works for the bigger trucks and buggies, works for the smaller scales. To the best of my knowledge, no one has tryed anything like this. I have toyed with high voltage in a 1/10 stadium truck (5s), but not on a smaller scale. To be honest, till now, there haven't been many batteries that could be made small enough to test this way and i look forward to being the guinea pig

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

How long do you need to run for???? I could get 45+ minutes on a 3s 8000 pack in my Rustler VXL geared to the moon.

I am thinking about getting on of these mini-revo's too, but I can't see needing to run more than 30 minutes or so at a time. I would get bored before the pack dumped.

Just looking at what can be done, I have played with 1/10 high volt, now i want a 1/16 high volt setup. I guess the main reason is that with the smaller battery packs, the max C is close to the max continuous of the esc/motor combo. I figure the higher voltage will lower the amp needs and allow the batteries to run better, longer and with less stress
