and the savage has 3.5''-4'' of clearence. just convert the savage if you just wanna bash. a truggy or buggy cannot handle jumps and are not as durable as a savage.
They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.
I've ovned both a truggy and many savages. Although the savage is an excellent truck, it needs quite a few upgrades to be as tough as my hyper ST pro. I've never broken a single thing on my hyper ST. Only thing that went wrong was I stripped a ball end. Literally a $3 fix, while I have needed to put $100s into my savages to keep them running (when I had them.)
