I didn't know Neu was having QC problems, I have a Tekno Neu and it's a top-notch motor. It'll be a shame if they quit selling them, we'll still have CC Neus but there isn't as much variety to them. The new Lektrons are made by MedUsa research, right?

I actually have a standard finned 1512 that still runs awesome. That motor is what makes me love Nue motors, runs cool and strong for both buggy and truggy. Unfortunately, I am on my 3rd Tekno Nue 1515 3D motor after the first 2 overheated during a usual trackday. The boys at Tekno totally took care of me on the first one, I had to send the 2nd one to Nue and they gave me the usual "we will cover it this time, but not next time" verbal spanking.
