Receiver mounting for less interference - please help

Stole my idea- stick the esc next to the motor where the rx is (rotate the motor 180* so the wires are on the same side as the esc), and stick the rx on the cd mount or ontop the servo maybe, that bwould be much better. A bit of scrap pop-bottle around the esc would deflect any dirt quite well, even if it looks a bit hack.
