Anyways, looks like I will definitely need a xl rear driveshaft, the std x/flux rear driveshaft is a bit short... So I will have a look for a good deal on ebay!

I also plan to build some sort of cage to protect the body. Not sure if I should just weld some brake tube up, or try may hand at using nylon rod? I have a feeling the brake tube will hold up better, but it will add weight up top, which is really not desirable... Given the thickness of the body, it really needs something to support the top in the center, especially when the truck rolls over. Maybe a couple of roll hoops, that are attached to each other, and a pair of outriggers on the side between the wheels to hold the sides of the body. I may even put some high density foam on the sides for a little cushion (similar to the front bumper material on touring cars.).
