I have sent back 3 MMMs to CC & received brand new ones back. No questions asked. Although I had to pay a little more postage as I am from Malaysia, I pay gladly knowing perhaps some of the dead MMMs sent to them did not really deserve any warranty claim
 .For that I'm a CC customer for life. Regards, Joe Ling
