I can just see you now, chasing me down!!!!

Just press ctrl/alt/delete and the task manage will open. The select the offending program in the applications screen and click end task. That will close the program and bring you back to the desktop.

How will i know what the offending program is ?. It might take me a couple of blocks to catch you & my breath .

Internet explorer or mozilla or whatever program you are using to surf. I doubt I could run a couple of blocks myself.
