The Fun you are talking about is not 27 turns by any means. its actually a 2700 rpm motor and why I said the fun600-13 (1300kv) is a 12 turn motor is because I compared it to other motors in its class like the 1940 lehner and 1930. Though the lehners are top of the line motors, they are sold for a very high prices, but quality has its own problems. The Fun600 is not as advanced as the 19,22 series of motors, but it at least uses the same type of magnets, tolerates extreme pressure, very smooth, on par with the lehners and most importantly sold for less price. I really want one of them for my maxx. I'll surely try the controller with it and then I'll think whether I really need a esc or not.
