Definitely don't use CVDs, they will bend on hard jumps and cartwheels. I went through a few pairs on my brushless Revo before realizing you need the give... Dogbones is the way to stay.

I found out that I cracked the stock wheel hub side cup (hope I said that correctly) on my front wheel this weekend. The steering was all bound up - couldn't figure it out until I just about has the whole front end tore apart.
That's a heck of a thick piece of steel to crack, but someway, somehow, I did it!
