Actually french spoken in Canada is a little different then whats spoken in France

Kinda like American and English. Being British myself I often find myself saying the wrong slang, or using the english word and then getting a bunch of bewildered looks from people. I also tend to use more 4 syllable words than most people, interspersed between the 4 letter words!

My new girlfriend is british though- I get a kick out of her sometimes.
And french-canadians (at least the ones Ive met) are weird.

Same goes for Portuguese spoken in Brasil and Portuguese spoke in Portugal. But even in Brasil people speak different from state to state.

Might be. Funny you mentioned that cause my nick name given to me by the nice looking girls in my neighborhood in Brasil was "Lu piru". Now peru is turkey, a bird of course and piru is (I can't say it) .
