Hmm... 12/62 on 5s is only about 42-45mph. I'm not sure why the temperatures being high. Were the tires unloading more than normal from the extra power? 170-175 isn't all that bad. I wouldn't go any higher than that tho.

Just be sure to balance charge those cells every charge!

what do you mean by unloading?
i can't understand it either when i was running with 4s 5K 20C lipos they got to 133F i just don't understand it

Nice rides man.

About the temps, that's quite odd that you report those temps for a truggy geared for that speed. That's a typical speed most ppl gear for IMO.

My 1512/3d (1700kv) on 6s (40krpm) only runs ~130F after a 30 min MAIN at ~90F ambient temp.
