Nothing against airsoft, but real guns are much more fun... Especially if you have rich friends that can afford the "fully loaded" models...

375rpm is pretty poor on a real auto... I have inspected and toyed with roller delayed designs that can support upwards of 1500rpm, and that is rifle ammo... If you are into mechanical stuff, self loading weapons, especially belt fed locked chamber stuff is very interesting. Main reason I got into guns was to see how they worked. Some of the design is just plain genius.

Feed design on airsoft needs some work by the looks of it. I know paintball have the hoppers with the rotating feed disks, maybe something like that to arrange the bb's on an airsoft?

Yah, nothing beats real guns I agree... .303 British Enfields, 12ga and 20ga shotguns, and .45 cal pistols.... I love doing long distance shooting as well. at least 500yards away, with the Enfields of course.

But if you want to upgrade something, upgrade the battery, make it an A123 pack, great use for them, IMO.
