Fans on MMM V3 quit working

The trouble with the airplane ESCs is:
- Not built to handle the burst currents that cars pull.
- No good motor brakes, so you need to use a mechanical solution.
- No reverse (unless you have some mechanical solution)

If you're running a reasonable setup you don't need the fan, we always pull ours out right away, one less thing to worry about. Highest temp I've ever seen is 150, so the fan would have just turned on anyway.
