Not sure what firmware version I'm running. I can't quite read the computer screen, which is about 4 miles away in my basement and on Standby.

If I think of it, I'll check when I get home, but not sure how much use it will be since I have a V3. The program may display differently for different versions. I know my "what to log" screen has a TON more options on there.

Have you tried uninstalling the software and then re-installing? Shouldn't matter, but these are Windows based computers after all...

FWIW: the V3 has more memory, enough to log V, A, and 1 temp probe for over 40 minutes at the fastest 100ms sampling rate. So, if you have to get a new recorder, at least you can justify it a little easier.

Ah, what's the matter, you can't go home and check for me??

It just seems like the recorder has stopped working altogether when on it's own. I followed the updating procedure to a T, and I still get shafted; I swear I have the worst luck.

I am now thinking about duct tapping a laptop to the truck and using live mode to record?
