ESC = Electronic Speed Control
ECM = Electronic Control M..something. ESC is the much more commonly used abbreviation  The weight as it currently stands is pretty much the same as my truck, so its prettymuch what you'd expect; add 4 wheels & tires, and the lipos, and it will probably be around the 10-11lb region is my guestimate... Looks seriously sweet so far
