The MMM ESC has a conformal coating so it should be ok. I'd blow it out as well though.

The lipo cells are sealed. At worst, the tabs might corrode. Not sure how well the lipos are packaged so they might not have even gotten wet. I'll leave that up to you whether you want to go through the bother of removing the shrinkwrap, drying everything, and then re-shrinkwrapping.

I didn't think I'd have to worry about the M.M.M. but I feel better asking. The Lipos are TrueRC 8000mah 2s 20C's and I'll just let them air dry a few days and see if there holding H2o and go from there.
