That truck is not 1:1- its only parked ~20yards away from those real 1:1 pickups, yet its about 3 times the size, clearly not a life size inflatable model...

Since its based on a real 1:1 Corr truck, I'd say its about 2:1 scale- the tx is something like 50:1 or so..

Perspective is everything I suppose. I don't think it's 2:1 though. Based on the real cars back there and also the generator behind the truck, the horizon is about 30" off the ground. So those tires look to be about 44" tall. I get the feeling that the photographer was kneeling down to take that picture.
