RX8 combos vs MMM combo's

Has anyone here smoked their RX8 yet in normal running conditions:

ie. Did not drown it
did not break and short wires etc

My replacement MMM turned up today after smoking my original v3 in 20mins, and my RX8 is only a day away from landing on my doorstep (I purchased it while being impatient not knowing how long my MMM warranty replacement would take).

Which one should I keep? So far I'm leaning towards the RX8 but I have no experience with its reliability, my experience with the MMM is down right disappointing but it could have just been "one of those things", you get faulty product in every catergory of goods.
