Hmm, so even with less mass of the the TS motor, it is still performing almost as good as the Lehner.

I've never understood the correlation between a motor's mass and power output. Even on the OSE site, they pitched the KB45XL motors as "having enough mass to push large boats". There just isn't any direct relationship between the two.

I suppose having a lower rotating mass that produces the same torque is better . This usually translate to better efficiency.
