If it's under warranty send it in, but since you are not in the US, and all that you could choose to fix it yourself.

There are several types of locktite that are green and there are also others that would suit this purpose. Some are just low strength thread locker.

The one you really need is permatex (I said Loctite in another thread) sleeve retaining compound it's green and you can find it easily at an autoparts store. I gave some to Romano and he used it on a motot that the shaft and magnet came loose. Here is a link of what you are looking for.
