Upgrading brushless system

I'm just a basher, not concerned much with weight. Especially since i'll be using a high turn xl motor.

SO:

I'll Keep the 9920
Use a wanderer 12xl
2 3s2p lipo packs
5mm gold connectors everywhere


The goal of this system is to run cool, run as little amps as possible (to ensure longetivity), get about 30-45 mph, 30-45 minutes of runtime, have massive power, and put the lowest strain possible on the 9920 esc.
