yeah, the new tubing is to encase the cables....at least to try and see how it works. i may stick with the tubing they came with.

are you saying flip the front plate over so that to move the chassis brace over a bit or for some other reason?

Yeah, flip it over so the brace is out of the way of the motor mount.

yeah i had considered doing that but because the plate is countersunk on one side i wanted to make my own part.

anyway, i had a question for you. have you ever ran baja wheels and tires? if so, how do they compare to the stock ramp set and how much was speed affected due to the smaller size?

i am contemplating getting some baja wheels and tires just because then i have more options but they look small on the ramp after seeing the stock ones on. plus, if i run baja wheels then i dont have to make new brake discs and can just use the 24mm discs the integy set came with. not sure what i will do yet. wanted some input.

I went from the HUGE MT tires to Baja rear Bow-Ties all around.

i think that if you ran the numbers through the speed calculator you would loose some speed but the 5 pound weight savings more than makes up for it.

I Like the Baja wheels.

I'll try to get one today but I have to go to work later.

I think the Badlands are the smallest of the 1/5 scale Baja tires.
