RS Pro with brushed motor - 09.17.2009, 03:39 PM

How well will RS pro do with brushed motor compared to brushed only ESC?

Some brushed only racing ESCs are able to squeeze quite a lot of power from brushed motors compared to cheap ESCs

I plan to race coming indoor season HPI formula ten with some cheap stock brushed motor and 1/10 offroad brushless and it would be nice if i could use just one ESC

It's overkill to say the least. There are 24 fet's in the RS and to run brushed on it is simple.

Go for it, you will have more than enough power.
