no...i checked the the springs and on one side it doesn't go all the way in... i tested another motor that I have a revolver 650 and it works just fine. so I guess the brushes/springs are too old? i dunno i'll try it after getting some new springs and brushes and we'll see

Do yourself a favor and get a meter, even a $3 harbor freight meter will be better than nothing.

Your motors need to be rebuilt.
