I really don't know how but now it works.
I talk with Futaba reps. and they told me to try this:

Try going in to a new model and reset it. Then set just the ESC up and see how it works.

And Bammmm!!!!
I can normaly calibrate the mmm and drive reserve like

i wonder if you had ABS set up and it was causing issues with reverse?
