well i gained some weight my system came crashing down, BUT no rest for the wicked i am back on my feet and starting again current weight after gain is 217LB thats 10lb more than last time.

lol thanks! im moving up fast weekly, i deadlifted 500 for 6 last week, benched 315 for 3 and 335 for 1 after repping 275 for 6, im weighing in at around 228 now, no suppliments just lots of food! lol
hey guys i am back , got my system back on track last time when i messed up i was up to 217lb now i am at 203lb my target is 195lb then i am done dieting FOR LIFE !!

Holy Crap. I gained 20 pounds in 2 months!! I was 130 back at the end of the cross country season and now I'm 150. Haven't gained much fat, so I'm guessing it's muscle. I'm getting a lot stronger, that's for sure.
