then you don't know your go cart clutches.......I'd bet my life on it that thats a comet 30 series torque converter

commet torque converters are a type of centrifugal clutch...then again no one said it wasnt a centrifugal....haha im...way too outa it...

redshift: what threw me off about yours was calling it a CVT...(constant variable transmission in my dectionary)

edit:
sorry didnt realize the commet series actually was a CVT....im dumb. ill shit up now lol
