I had a convert one of these(you may remember a thread asking where to find a motor mount). It ran like a champ for me. I really really liked it. As stated above not a bread racer but if set up right it can up down some good lap times. Its also really durable. I don't remember breaking one part on it in the 2 years of running it(though the body is thin and breaks easily).

they are the same basic design as most 1/8 diffs, if you shim the right and dont run 30k center diff they will last a long time

As said by semi pro if shimmed right and cared for they work fine. I really honestly liked it. If I was to buy a basher 1/8 ebuggy then it'd be this. I was going to pop on some 1/8 MT tires for some truggy fun but ended up not.
