There is no need to convince others. There are plenty good guys driving around who can and will be of great assistance once you take your first steps on a track. For brushless as a good example the people reacting in this treat. As it's late saison the outdoor saison is almost done and conditions at the tracks can get quite tricky. For now it may be best to join in at an 'indoor meeting'. Might be also less tough on your equipment.
