You have to do it through the balance plug. Which means making a harness to connect that cell to the main output of the charger. So you use the built-in balancer, right? Have you run it through a stand alone balance cycle yet? Is this a new battery? It might have been shipped with a low cell (strange for TP) and the charger terminates prematurely because the other cell is too high.

I tried it on my e-station bantam PB6 charger and only 1 led flash ( 1 cell )
