it is very important to run the slipper loose when you are running stock diffs because even the titans can eat up the diffs when the slipper is tight

Can anyone tell me what usually fails in these diffs and how they fail? Is it just that the ring and pinion gears wear out from lack of lubrication? Like I said earlier, I already have the aluminum diff case and cup with 3mm screws and rubber sealed bearings. Would the robinson gears be worth the money or are the stock ones good enough?:032:
