I have attached a picture of what the cell looks like, but you can have it with the leads like the other picture of the 5000mAh. The size of the 2250 cell is: 9mm X 34mm X 104. I have other pictures of the other cells available if you or anyone else would like to see.

This would be best to make a saddle pack, but you have to stack a few of them to get the capacity up enough. The factory can do other sizes, but need a large enough order though. The size of that one is: 10mm X 45mm x 43mm.

These are cells you have access to? How much are they? 2x 5s1p or 6s1p 2250 would be perfect for my HV Savvy. What is the burst? I see A spikes usually in the 65A range, and upto 90A. That's only 40C max.

I have access to basically all the manufacturers of cells in Asia. I haven't asked for price for any of them since I really don't have any interest of having liabilities nightmares incase something goes wrong . I'm in the process of having 2 LiFePo4 cylindrical cells made and it should take around 30 days. One is a 2/3A size for minis and it should have a capacity of 300-500mAh and a Sub-C size one with a capacity of 1200-1400mAh. I can get pricing and MOQ if you want. Also, they'll be fresh cells so it should take around 30 days to get them made.

I think you would love the following then. See pics . Should I get them all here and mess with MA a little? I really don't care about making a profit on them and I would just have people sign some paperwork that would clear my name from any wrong doing if they get hurt in any way, shape or form. What do you think?

Edit: The size for the 2700mAh is: 7.5mm X 43mm X 125mm.

Unfortunately that one would be a bit too big for my trays in a 5S config.

The custom trays I have are ~35mm wide, ~160mm long and unlimited tall (50-60mm max tho really)

I've been looking at some of the Turnigies, but they don't have any in the right sizes (it's still quite limited.) The 2250 cell you pictured would be perfect. Hell, if anything it could be longer.
Would also fit in my crt.5 nicely tho.

Any ideas on the MOQ or a very rough ballpark on price? I'm guessing the MOQ is rather large, maybe 30-50 pieces? Doubt its 10...

The 2700mAh would fit if you put 4 cells on their side and one on top . I sent an e-mail asking for prices, so lets wait and see. If they're too high, I'll beat them down a bit like I did with the 2 cylindrical cells . The MOQ is a bit high (I'm guessing, but it's usually 200pcs. for each capacity), but I might be able to work something out. I'll ask them if they can make a 10mm X 34mm X 150mm and see what capacity they'll come in at. Let me get some sort of pricing first for the soft flat cells and I'll ask about the custom cell later, I know they can do it.

It would, but then the voltage is too low for what I am wanting ;)
From my A123s, 4S lipo~=5S A123. 6S Life would be even better :)

The custom size would be absolutely awesome, but IDK how many would need a weirdo size like that, and I couldn't put 200 pieces to use no matter how hard I tried. :) If its a possibility, then awesome. I would think the cap should come out to ~3400mah then right? I use 8S 4000s now and its quite nice.

Ok, understood. I still haven't got the prices for the cells, so I'll have to make a phone call later tonight.

How big is the 5Ah cell? I like how the tabs are on opposite ends - makes wiring less risky for those with shaky soldering iron hands. And speaking of the tabs, are they Al, steel, etc? And how thick are the tabs? I hate how a certain company's tabs are like 0.05mm thick and tear by looking at them.

Oh No, you must be thinking about "reject" cells or something.

It's 10mm X 50mm X 150mm. The tabs on any of the flat cells can be made that way. I have no clue what they're made out of and how thick the tabs are.
