I FINALLY GOT MY FLUX!

it came with some unexpected extras as well. in addition to the stock TVPs that were promised, it came with a pair of FLM TVPs. the extra tires it came with a 1/2 offset jconcepts wheels and badlands. there was also an extra bulletproof ring and pinion included. within the first 5 minutes of driving, the drive gear gave out. within that 5 minutes, i decided i don't like how the stock tires handle with the extended TVPs, so i have spent the past 3 hours taking the truck apart and putting it back together with the FLM plates. i also took apart the transmission and cannibalized my old nitro tranny and used the gear from that. tomorrow, i should be able to get a little more runtime on it. i should also get a chance to run my 3s lipos

They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.

Maybe you should double check both diff's to make sure that the original owner didn't just replace one set, and gave up on the second before selling it. That may account for the bad handling and blown gear.....better to be safe than sorry.
