1/8 buggy wheels on a 1/10 stadium truck

Imex makes some cheap slide over 17mm adapters, they slide over 14mm hexes. What you could do is use Pede 14mm adapters and slide the 17's over them. Other than that, you're looking at a custom job or "creative" work.
