It's weird tho the $7.00 rx is 3ch where the tx is 2ch? I got three rx and one tx on the way. I hope it binds with my losi/spek tx. The down side is the tx is 12v :( Thats why I like the 6v losi tx.

I am looking for a cheap 2.4GHz solution too. I am really interested in this radio, but I don't want to pay $15 in shipping for it . Does anyone know of a way to get around that or perhaps the same radio at a different site?

Maybe we could have someone order, say 4 or 5 of them and charge $5 shipping (Flat rate Priority Mail) + the $25 for the radio, so $30 shipped for one. Just a thought.

I wouldn't hold your breath, as much as I would love to be able to buy $7 Rx's to use with my Spektrum system I would be extremely surprised if it worked. Ya never know though. Let us know what happens when you try it out.
