It is the jumper near the capacitors.Took me a while to find and I ended up tearing off all my shrink wrap because mine actually fell off during shipping or I lost it unpacking my controller .It is supposed to be red and stick out of the shrink wrap slighty at the capacitors. Mine is now a blue piece of tape attached to a computer jumper
