Lehner Basic Hookup - 02.04.2006, 03:22 PM

Hi, i just got lehner basic 5300 from rc monster. I've got two questions. Thanks in advance.

1. What is the size of the connector and where can i get them?

2. There are no markings on the wires. Where can i find info on that? I went to the Lehner wesite but i don't know any german. I want to make sure i hook this up right. The controler will be an Mtroniks Genisis Pro, still on the way.

Thanks,
Allen

well first off welcome to the forums! to answer your questions:
1. the connectors are 3.5mm connectors available here.
2. the 3 motor wires are not directional. they can go in any configuration but i like mine to go in order where left to right match (you'll see what im talking about).

whats it going in btw?

Thanks for the welcome and the help. The motor is going in my T4 to replace my ss5800. There is a chance I might put it in my RC10GT that i converted if my T4 starts breaking again. I think i fixed that though with some aluminum parts. I liked my converted GT alot for the durablity but it wasn't as fun to drive as the T4.
