I never actually broke a stock diff, and wouldn't worry about them until you break one. First thing I'd recommend a HPI Flux owner to do is to ditch the stock ESC and throw in a Tekin R8 (smoother and more reliable)

Im sorry you have bad feelings towards CC, I have a strong feeling that Tekin's failure rate is the same as CC's. But CC probably has 1000x the units out there being used as compared to Tekin, so of course CC is going to have a lot more bad units out there. Its all a numbers game. Also i dont care about smoothness since i never run my truck at 6% throttle.


Built Ford tough, with Chevy stuff.
